Who We Are
Sinead Ryan
Sinead spent fifteen years in the Financial Services industry, serving for five years as an examiner with the Life Insurance Association. She has taught many financial advisers the ropes and turned her hand to a wider audience in 2004 when she became a freelance journalist. Sinead is Consumer Columnist with the Evening Herald and writes a property finance column for the Irish Independent’s Property Plus supplement. A regular panellist on TV3’s Midday programme, she contributes regularly to radio programmes also. Sinead is qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute; an Associate of the Life Insurance Association and is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) as well as holding a Diploma in Journalism and a Diploma in Economics
Frank Conway
Frank Conway earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College, Rhode Island, USA. He has worked in financial services for over 20 years. Trained as a financial underwriter, he became the marketing director for a federal US bank before returning to Ireland in 2004 for a similar role.
Since his return, Frank has been a major contributor to all major media on the subject of personal finance.
Frank has represented Ireland at international level for athletics and has twice been world ranked in middle distance, both for the indoor mile.
